Reena Sharma is an employment law specialist with over 14 years’ experience.
Reena trained at a top 50 firm in their London office and has since worked for leading regional and niche firms before joining Setfords.
She has extensive experience in advising both individuals and businesses. She advises on a wide range of employment matters including those involving dismissals, sickness absence, performance management and discrimination.
Reena supports businesses by providing day to day HR Support, drafting/updating employment contracts and policies and defending claims in the employment tribunal.
Reena supports individuals by advising on settlement agreements, negotiating improved settlement terms, advising on grievances and potential claims and bringing claims in the employment tribunal.
Outside of her role as an employment lawyer, Reena also works as an Executive Coach. When she is not working, she enjoys being active and is working towards her black belt in kickboxing. She also enjoys spending time and travelling with her family.
