Rachael Kirk, Consultant Solicitor

Rachael joined Setfords as a Consultant in 2016. She obtained a 2.1 BA Hons Business Degree and then completed the conversion to Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Rachael has acted as Consultant for the last 5 years having headed up the Private Client department of a local firm and has a strong presence in the local market as well as relationships with a number of Estate agents. Rachael deals with all access of Private Client work including Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Rachael has a high level of clients who return to use her services and is always available to take or return a call or email.

In her spare time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her two young children and husband as well as travelling, sports and fine wines.
