David deals with a broad range of commercial property matters with particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant, retail and property development. David acts for a range of clients from national corporations to individual businesses and examples of property acquisitions include those of premises on the High Street, in shopping centres and out of town retail parks. His work involves negotiating conditional agreements, leases, deeds and licences as well as bespoke landlord and tenant advice.

David’s work includes acting in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties including acting for a number of Pension providers with the management of their property portfolios.

David acts for a number of clients in connection with the acquisition of development sites for both residential and industrial development. David’s practice area includes commercial property investment, funding security work on investment and development projects and option and planning agreements.
