Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has considerable experience in all aspects of property law, with a particular emphasis on commercial transactions, to include business leases, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, business acquisitions and disposals, option and overage agreements, deeds of easement and rights of way, commercial mortgages and bank guarantees and partnership agreements. Jane also provides advice on and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Jane has, during the course of her legal career, practiced as a partner and Head of Department at regional law firm level, as Senior Commercial Property Solicitor for a Local Authority and has previously established and run her own law firm in the South East.
Jane initially joined Setfords in 2010 as a consultant solicitor to provide a high quality and cost effective legal service to clients.
