I qualified as a solicitor in September 2017 and have previously worked at London firms as a consultant solicitor. I have experience in real estate acquisitions and disposals for complex and high-value transactions, acting for buyers and sellers.

Over the years, I have built up my own clientele, who are mainly property investors, but I also provide services to first-time buyers. I have in-depth experience of grant of leases and surrenders and re-grant of leases. I also deal with leasehold transactions involving section 42 notices and deeds of assignments for the notices. I am able to conduct numerous refinances with a turnaround time of 5-10 working days. Lastly, I work on purchase transactions with a mortgage element, at times with dual representations and on other occasions with solicitors acting on behalf of the lender.
