Meet our People & Culture team
Suzy Blade
Suzy Blade, Director of People & Culture at Setfords, is an award-winning, CIPD qualified HR professional. Suzy has been with Setfords for 3 years and last year she won HR Professional of the Year at the UK Company Culture Awards 2023. Suzy’s leadership and transformative People & Culture strategy has been instrumental in helping Setfords to win numerous awards and accolades including Setfords being recognised as one of the Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times, The UKs Most Loved Workplaces by Newsweek and Double Investors in People and Investors in Wellbeing. Suzy is particularly passionate about Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the workplace and her commitment is evident through the initiatives that she has set up, including regular Culture and Sensitivity workshops, and a collaboration with The Stephen James Partnership to launch the Black Lawyers Matter programme in Setfords. In her spare time Suzy enjoys reading, cycling and spending time with her friends and family.
Daniella Lambert
Danni, People & Culture Coordinator, has been with Setfords since 2017 where she started out in Admin, she completed her CIPD level 5 qualification in HR in 2022 and has worked her way up to join the People and Culture Team which has always been her goal! Danni demonstrates the Setfords values in their truest form and is passionate about supporting and recognising Setfords people to enable them to do their best work. In her spare time Danni enjoys walking her dog – Nala and spending time with friends and family.
