Cheryl started her legal career in family law in 2006 before re-training in 2014 as a residential conveyancing solicitor. Since this time, Cheryl has developed a speciality in most areas of residential conveyancing to include freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property.
Cheryl has advised and assisted hundreds of clients in buying and selling their homes as well as buy to let properties. She has also assisted many clients with the transfer of ownership of property for reasons including relationship breakdowns, death or bankruptcy. Cheryl has also conducted many re-mortgages of residential property.
When Cheryl is not working, she enjoys leisure pursuits with her young family including skiing, walking nature trails and has also started fishing with her father-in-law.
Cheryl is highly empathetic in her work and understands that clients not only require skill and knowledge but also understanding and approachability in their conveyancing transactions.
