I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and have over 17 years of experience working within the legal sector.
I qualified in Family Law alongside residential and Commercial Property Law and continued to practice in all of those areas until 2014, when I transitioned to practising solely in Residential and Commercial Property law.
I worked for 8 years in a supervisory role at a top 15 UK Conveyancing Firm and, most recently, at a central London-based Firm. I have amassed a wealth of experience in dealing with sales and purchases, including leasehold and freehold transactions, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Builds, Remortgages, Bridging Finance, Surrender and Re-grant of Leases, Deed of Variations, and Licences.
I pride myself on speed and efficiency in working in the interests of my clients. I also provide legal advice in layman’s terms to ensure that my clients are fully informed. I understand that the process of buying and selling can be one of the most stressful times in my clients' lives. Therefore, I aim to reduce that stress by being accessible to my clients when required and able to advise and guide them to make an informed decision.
I personally take great pride and enjoyment in working with my clients and professional colleagues. I can adapt my approach to cater to individual needs, whether it is a first-time buyer, a professional, separating couples, high-net-worth individuals, or an elderly client. I believe that adaptability and being able to cater to my client's individual needs is what sets me apart from other conveyancers.
I believe that communication is a very important aspect of conveyancing, and I personally aim to respond to all emails and telephone messages promptly. I have often been regarded as knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient.
