Baldeep qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has since developed her practice in private client law. She graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in English, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies in 2006 and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2007.

Baldeep understands that families can often be concerned about issues surrounding mental capacity, protecting their assets and making arrangements as clear and straightforward as possible for their loved ones, both during their lifetime and afterwards. As such, she is an excellent communicator who prides herself on explaining complex legal issues clearly and concisely.

Career highlights

Baldeep is an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer and a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, which she regards as the gold standard for supporting vulnerable and older people with legal advice. She is also a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

She finds particular fulfilment in helping clients navigate difficult moments in their lives and providing tailored support that reflects their individual circumstances.

Outside of work

Baldeep is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, reading and visiting her local library. Based in the West Midlands, she can also assist clients nationwide on a remote basis.
