Kevin joined Setfords as a consultant licensed conveyancer in March 2024, having previously been a director and head of legal practice at an award winning conveyancing firm. Kevin brings with him over 18 years’ worth of experience, having worked at some of the Midlands' largest legal practices.
Kevin specialises in the following:
- All aspects of the sale and purchase process of registered freehold and leasehold properties
- Dealing with ‘Unregistered’ properties
- All aspects of the purchase process associated with New Build/ Plot purchases
- Drafting of Transfer of Parts/ splitting of titles
- Land acquisition and ‘site set ups’
- All aspects of transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions
- Acting for investor clients in Buy to Let portfolios
