Lisa Banks Consultant Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Lisa qualified as a solicitor in August 2009, having gained five years of experience in the legal sector prior to qualification.
She spent 11 years at a small High Street firm, where she gained experience across a broad range of legal areas including Probate, Wills, Commercial, Family, Employment, and Company law. However, her caseload was always heavily focused on Residential Conveyancing.
In 2015, she joined a highly regarded, award-winning firm, where she remained for a decade before joining Setfords. There, she was promoted to Associate and led her own self-sufficient team, handling conveyancing transactions from file opening through to post-completion and closure. The size and structure of the firm allowed her to specialise fully in Residential Conveyancing.
Now working remotely, paperlessly and flexibly, she ensures she is readily available and able to provide a responsive, tailored and professional service to every client.
Areas of specialisation include:
- Auctions – sale and purchase (traditional and modern method)
- Bridging Loans and redemptions
- Deeds of Easement / Release of Easement

She provides a professional yet approachable service, tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her goal is to achieve smooth and timely conclusions to transactions, always with a focus on risk management and the client’s long-term interests.
Outside of work, she is a proud mom, partner, step-mom, daughter, sister, and friend. She enjoys interior design, long walks, the theatre, and is an avid reader. She travels whenever possible with her partner and family and loves going to concerts with her daughter.
