Ceri Stafford Consultant Solicitor

Ceri is a highly experienced solicitor specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. Ceri can assist and support businesses and individuals to resolve or avoid disputes. Ceri has many years of experience in the field of Professional Negligence, having worked both in house for insurers and with a Top 20 UK law firm. Whilst Ceri has a specialism in Professional Negligence, she also has extensive and varied experience in all types of litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery and general civil and commercial litigation. 

Ceri’s experience includes both in house roles and private practice providing her with a good understanding of how businesses operate and what is important to them. Ceri’s most recent employment was as in house counsel for a technology company. This varied experience means that Ceri is acutely aware of the commercial reality of disputes and can therefore provide advice taking into account both legal and non-legal considerations - allowing a holistic approach to disputes.

Ceri’s litigation experience ranges from small claims to large claims in the high court. Ceri is experienced in both advising Claimants and Defendants in all manner of disputes and in relation to pre action conduct right through to trial.

Ceri is happy to provide an initial free consultation to discuss instructions and, where appropriate, to consider fixed or capped fees and to act for clients on a conditional/contingency fee basis.

Outside of work, Ceri has three children who keep her busy, but she also enjoys running (sometimes for charity) and reading.
