Hardip was admitted as a solicitor in 1995 and has worked in the legal industry since 1990. She became a Partner in 1999 and subsequently a Head of Department. With extensive experience in family law, Hardip advises clients from a wide range of backgrounds and income levels.

She has experience representing clients in both financial and private law children matters and is committed to providing practical advice and effective representation throughout each stage of a case.

Outside of work

Hardip volunteers for a community-based helpline, offering matrimonial advice. She is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu and is well known within her local and wider community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and travelling abroad.
