Sarah Barnes-Whurr, Consultant Solicitor

Sarah joins the Setfords team having worked in residential conveyancing firms within her local area of Surbiton, Thames Ditton, Kingston Upon Thames and Esher for several years. She has extensive experience of her local area, both through work and through being a local resident, and has good relationships with many of the estate agents in the area.

Although Sarah has only recently qualified as a solicitor she has been in law for some time, having been called to the Bar in 2013 and having worked in residential conveyancing prior to this since 2009.

She acts for clients across a wide range of conveyancing transactions, including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties and re-mortgages.

Sarah aims to make the conveyancing process a pleasant experience for clients and understands that being able to communicate with your solicitor is they key to a smooth transaction. She is also very organised and has a keen eye for detail.
