Russell is a highly experienced solicitor and accredited mediator with almost 40 years' experience in the legal profession. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Partner, Head of Private Client, Head of Dispute Resolution, Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), and Claims and Complaints Partner within a large London and South East practice.

His extensive experience in private practice has given him a deep understanding of dispute resolution, risk management, and client care, making him exceptionally well-placed to help parties resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
