Career highlights
One of Kim's proudest achievements was establishing and growing her own successful employment law practice, building long-standing relationships with clients across a range of sectors, including national companies. She became a trusted adviser to many organisations, guiding them through complex TUPE transfers, large-scale restructures, the unprecedented challenges of the Covid pandemic, and sensitive, high-value Tribunal claims. In addition to litigation and advisory work, she developed and delivered management development programmes and engaging, practical training sessions designed to make employment law accessible, relevant and enjoyable.
Outside of her core practice, Kim has served as a trustee for a local Law Centre, supporting access to justice within the community. This role has provided valuable insight into the challenges individuals face when navigating employment issues without support. She regularly writes blogs and articles on employment law developments, helping to make complex legal changes clear and accessible for businesses and individuals alike. She also enjoys networking and staying actively involved in the business community, recognising that understanding the real-world challenges faced by employers enables her to provide advice that is not only legally sound but commercially practical.
