Pearl Moses Director - Head of Regulatory Compliance, COLP, MLRO & MLCO

Pearl Moses is a seasoned legal professional and a solicitor with over 15 years of experience in private practice, legal publishing, and regulatory compliance issues.

She joined Setfords as Compliance Director in 2021. Prior to that date she served as the Risk and Compliance Lead at the Law Society of England and Wales holding a range of regulatory positions including Senior Adviser and Adjudicator. She continues to sit as a board member of the society’s Legal Compliance Bulletin’s editorial team. 

Pearl is a recognised expert in her field and regularly speaks at industry events. As a member of the management team at Setfords, her remit incorporates advising members of the profession on regulatory issues, ethics and horizon scanning to enhance best practice.
