Hannah Newell Consultant Commercial Solicitor

Hannah has 10 years’ experience as a company commercial solicitor. She spent some time at Lloyds of London as an Underwriting Assistant before commencing and qualifying with a commercial firm in Milton Keynes. Hannah then moved back to her hometown Lytham St Annes on the Fylde Coast, Lancashire and worked as in house counsel for a large training company. A stint working as company secretarial manager at Royal London then made way for a consultancy role and Hannah is fully attuned to this way of practising law.

Hannah is experienced in advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial work ranging from entrepreneurs, SMEs and larger corporates.

Her approach is to provide cost effective legal advice whilst adopting a commercial pragmatism to steer and support her clients through.
