Ada Oliva Consultant Property Solicitor

Ada Oliva is a Commercial and Residential property solicitor.  Ada’s experience is varied and includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, New Builds, Help to Buy, lease renewals, Deeds of Variations and bridging loans, lease extensions, business sales and acquisitions, remortgages and transfers of equity. 

Ada offers a friendly and proactive approach when dealing with clients and has particular experience in dealing with first time buyers and elderly clients who may find the conveyancng process daunting. 

Ada started off her legal career in 2011,at a local London firm while studying for her Legal Practice Course at BPP in London. Ada completed the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.   She has worked a range of firms across the south east and London as a case handler since 2017.
