Adil Vittachi Consultant Solicitor

Adil is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in a wide variety of residential property matters, including acting on behalf of clients selling and buying properties mainly in London and the South East of England, lease extensions, and landlord and tenant work.

He was previously the sole Principal of a high street firm in North London which he joined as an Articled Clerk in September 1982. He remained there, going up the ranks to become the sole Principal in 2001 before leaving to join Setfords in November 2024.

For the first twenty years he did extensive work in high street litigation including cases reported in the Court of Appeal.

For the last twenty years he has concentrated on residential and commercial conveyancing. Below is a list of some of the types of transactions Adil can assist with:

He is known for being unfazed and can deal with a large caseload with a prompt turnaround where required.

In his spare time, Adil enjoys church activities and fish and chip suppers.
