Natalie qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and now specialises in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and the grant of new residential leases, where she acts for both landlords and tenants. She is also able to deal with a range of other non-contentious property matters, including the grant of licences to alter and licences to assign.
Natalie trained and qualified at a niche property firm in Notting Hill, where she acted for a range of landlord and tenant clients from across the world. She then worked for a brief period at a Top 50 UK Law firm in Cambridge, before leaving to join Setfords as a consultant solicitor.
Natalie has particular experience in acting for groups of tenants, who wish to apply for individual lease extensions in bulk, and she is able to coordinate the entire process for her clients. She also frequently acts for landlords when bulk claims are received, which enables her to see both sides of the transaction and thus provide the highest quality legal and tactical advice.
Natalie prides herself on having an excellent working relationship with her clients and it is her view that the importance of providing advice in an efficient, yet friendly and approachable manner, cannot be underestimated Natalie welcomes the opportunity to work with a range of clients from private individuals and small family businesses, to owners of large property portfolios and international companies.
