I have been qualified since 1999, worked in a Legal 500 firm in Southampton and for one of the top 5 national housebuilders and specialise in commercial property.

These include:

• Business leases
• Purchase, sale and funding of commercial property
• Residential development: acquiring land for development and subsequent plot sales

The sort of work I am looking for is anything commercial property related.  Some examples of work I have done:

• As part of commercial re-mortgage for £1.1m, granted multiple leases to tenants to satisfy commercial lender's requirements
• Granted option to sell property with a commercial lease of a part to mitigate CIL for an individual owner
• Purchase of land for development with senior and junior financing for a corporate client
• Acted for community interest company in taking a lease of part with a change of planning use
• Investigated title to unlock land under 10-year-old option in order to exercise the option

I live near Cheltenham and enjoy reading crime novels, walking, getting and using new gadgets, learning new things like taking photos with my phone and tweaking them with snapseed and spending time with family.
