Much of Elena’s work comes through recommendations from previous clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and surveyors, reflecting the trust she has built within the property sector. She has a strong attention to detail and is committed to going the extra mile to exceed her clients’ expectations.

She prides herself on her work ethic and particularly enjoys supporting clients through significant milestones, whether they are purchasing their first home, a holiday property, a buy-to-let investment or their forever home. Elena believes that most problems can be resolved with the right approach and is known for thinking creatively and practically to overcome issues that arise during transactions.

One notable matter involved a complex chain of nine transactions. All parties had agreed on a completion date except for the first-time buyer at the bottom of the chain, who was unable to proceed due to a financial shortfall. Thinking innovatively, Elena contacted all the estate agents involved in the chain, who agreed to reduce their commission. She then worked with the solicitors to draft contractual clauses enabling each seller to pass on the agreed commission reduction to their respective buyer. This resulted in the first-time buyer receiving sufficient funds to resolve the financial issue, allowing the entire chain to complete successfully.

Elena speaks fluent Greek and is well known within the Greek community, enabling her to support and connect with a broad range of clients.
