After completing my law degree in Liverpool, the LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham, I qualified as a solicitor in 2014. Prior to joining Setfords, I was a partner at my previous firm.
I have vast experience in residential and commercial property and have acted for many high net worth individuals, businesses, pension funds and developers in the following scenarios:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
- Deeds of Variation
- Set-ups and plot sales
- Drafting and negotiating residential and commercial leases
- Termination of leases
- Licence to alter
- Licences to Occupy and Tenancies at will
- Lease assignments
- Rent reviews
- Auction sales and purchases
- Adverse Possession claims
I offer a personal service, listen intricately to understand my client's needs and individual circumstances, to ensure I can provide the highest level of legal advice. Attention to detail is of paramount importance. I possess the analytical capability necessary to deal with an ever-evolving industry. I think logically and am able to apply such skills when acting for clients in complex property matters.
I am flexible with my time and willing to visit clients at home as and when necessary. I also work on a Saturday to accommodate those clients who live busy lives Monday to Friday.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring the countryside with Teddy my cockapoo, cooking and keeping fit in the gym.
