Louise has over 25 years of post-qualification experience. Since qualifying in 1998, she has dedicated her career to residential conveyancing, working as both the owner of a conveyancing company and a Partner at a solicitors' firm for 14 years before joining Setfords.

Known for her exceptional client care and meticulous attention to detail, Louise believes in helping clients find solutions rather than focusing on obstacles. Throughout her career, she has also been passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of property professionals.

Approach to work and clients

Louise takes a client-first approach to every transaction, always considering what she would want if she were buying or selling a property herself. She provides clear, straightforward advice, builds strong relationships with clients and estate agents, and is committed to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

She particularly enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their property goals and takes great pride in mentoring others within the profession. One of her proudest career achievements is seeing her first legal assistant go on to be called to the Bench.

Outside of work, Louise is actively involved with a disability charity, inspired by her experience as the parent of a disabled son. She also enjoys reading and swimming.
