Dominic has extensive experience in advising on litigation, corporate and commercial matters. Upon qualification, Dominic worked in the City at an international law firm for a number of years before establishing himself as a consultant solicitor, providing commercial and litigation advice to local, national and international businesses.
Having initially graduated from UCL in 1998 with a History degree, Dominic worked in the City as a market analyst, before deciding to pursue a career in law. Dominic attained his legal qualifications at the College of Law in 2004 and decided to focus primarily on commercial law, both transactional and litigation.
Experience:
Dominic has advised extensively in commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, debt recovery, landlord and tenant issues and also acted in numerous corporate transactions (share purchases, asset purchases, shareholder agreements, AIM listings etc.)
Outside of work:
I enjoy all things outdoors, including hiking, camping and fishing. I also enjoy travelling and trying out different cuisines.
