Alena qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 specialising in Residential Property and has since worked at high street and national law firms in London and Cambridgeshire before moving to West Sussex and joining Setfords. 

Alena has acted for a wide range of clients, from first time buyers to property investors. Alena knows how important it is to keep clients updated on the progress of their conveyancing matter, and she prides herself in providing a pro-active high quality service.

Alena also qualified as a Notary Public in 2011 and is therefore authorised to deal with all documents for use in foreign countries as well as in the UK. For example, this can include notarising signatures of companies or individuals on various documents required in any country outside England and Wales where the signatory is not present in that country. This work may also include notarising copies of official documents issued in the UK which may be needed abroad, for example Companies House documents, Birth, marriage or death certificates, or UK Degree certificates. Alena can also arrange Apostille or legalisation which may also be required in these cases.
