Experienced in Residential and Commercial Property, Wills , Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
In 1977, after graduating in law and only 2 years after admission as a solicitor, Allen became an equity partner in a well established practice covering Surrey and Hampshire. Some 15 years later, in 1992, he founded his own practice in Camberley and continued in partnership until 2014 when he became a consultant.
He has amassed great experience as a general practitioner over the years and is regarded by many as their “family solicitor”. Latterly his emphasis has been on residential and commercial conveyancing including site acquisition and disposal , option and joint venture agreements and commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. He also retains a strong interest in Private Client matters including Wills Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
A good listener with a sense of humour and the ability to “cut to the chase” in the best interests of his clients.
