Nicholas has over 30 years of experience as a solicitor, specialising in corporate and commercial law. He practised with leading City of London law firms and internationally before joining Setfords. His legal practice is focused on corporate, corporate finance, and commercial contracts, including transactions with an international aspect.
He is noted for his practical approach and sense of humour and, having been on the other side of the table, is conscious of the need to offer cost-effective advice. Nicholas also serves as a non-executive director on several company boards.
Nicholas enjoys history, opera, cycling and tennis.
