Sharon is a senior Residential Property Solicitor with over 12 years of experience, having worked in house for one of the largest National Building companies and in private practice where she was Head of Residential Property and an Associate Director.

I have gained invaluable experience, which allows me to undertake varied work and all different types of residential conveyancing. It has also allowed me to be disciplined in my work and with my clients. Residential conveyancing is fast-paced and needs structure as well as a Solicitor who understands every aspect and one who can negotiate and prepare in the best interests of all clients.

I deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process, and I have dealt with all types of transactions to include:-
