Jemma began her career in conveyancing in 2002 and qualified in June 2011. With over two decades of experience in residential property law, Jemma brings strong technical knowledge alongside a practical, client-focused approach.

Jemma is experienced in working with a diverse client base and prides herself on quickly understanding individual client needs and identifying how best to add value. She places emphasis on clear, consistent communication and believes a collaborative, team-based approach is key to overcoming any challenges that may arise during a transaction. With a genuine passion for property and the process of moving home, Jemma enjoys supporting clients through what can be an exciting yet stressful time. She prides herself on ensuring the process is clearly understood and successfully completed.

Jemma's career highlights include acting on the purchase of a £20 million property that completed within just two weeks of instruction; advising a public REIT on the disposal of over 1,600 properties at auction over a two-year period; and acting for a building society and numerous limited company clients in acquiring residential buy-to-let properties. She was previously a Managing Associate at a Top 100 law firm, where she headed the residential conveyancing team and managed a wide range of existing property transactions.
