Owen Smith Consultant Solicitor

I have been a lawyer for ten years and am qualified as a Barrister, Solicitor and New York Attorney. I am currently practising as a family law solicitor and have extensive experience in all private family matters, including divorce, financial divisions of assets, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as all matters concerning children such as child arrangement orders, prohibited steps and specific issue orders, as well as applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

In addition, as an experienced advocate in the courts, I am able to bring that experience to my work in ensuring my clients get the best possible results. 

In my spare time, I like walking in the countryside, cooking and spending time with my family.
