James Easson is a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted in England in 2008 and in the Republic of Ireland in 2018, with a strong background in litigation. He has worked across a range of firms, including leading practices such as Fentons LLP and Slater & Gordon, and has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, including leading and managing his own team. Over the course of his career, he has also demonstrated a strong aptitude for business development, successfully securing key workstreams, including relationships with NHS hospitals.Now at Setfords, he focuses on effective pre-action dispute resolution and advocating for early intervention to minimise the stress, time and cost of court proceedings for his clients.
