Ijeoma is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in international dispute resolution. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2008 and has extensive experience in arbitration, litigation and mediation across multiple jurisdictions.
Having trained and practised at some of the world's leading law firms, she has advised high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and sovereign entities on complex, high-value cross-border disputes.
Ijeoma's experience includes commercial disputes, financial and banking litigation, insurance and reinsurance matters, construction disputes and investor-state arbitration.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a delegate to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Groups on Arbitration and Online Dispute Resolution, and serves on several international arbitration panels. She is also a published author, having contributed to the Elgar Encyclopedia of International Economic Law, and is a Visiting Lecturer in International Dispute Resolution at California State University, Sacramento.

Career highlights
One of Ijeoma's notable career highlights was acting in a significant investor-state arbitration, where she served as chief negotiator in proceedings between an African state and an African investor. The matter concluded with a partially successful compensation award in the investor's favour.
Outside her legal practice, Ijeoma has a keen interest in history and culture. She enjoys travelling, visiting museums and watching historical documentaries, with particular interests in the Roman Empire, the Chinese Revolution and African military history.
