Crispin Davy joined Setfords in 2015 and is a solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing and commercial property.

He acts for individuals; couples; families and investors in the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property in London and the Home Counties.

Crispin also acts for landlords and tenants in the granting of new leases of shop units; office space; and industrial warehouse units. He also acts for developers in the purchase of development sites; estate set up and plot sales as well as investors in the sale and purchase of commercial property.

Crispin qualified as a solicitor in 2000 at City law firm Freshfields; he was educated at Ampleforth; Jesus College, Oxford; and BPP Law School, London.

Crispin lives in Sevenoaks and is married with two baby boys.
