Joanne is a Conveyancing Quality Accredited Solicitor who qualified in 2004. With 20 years' Property experience, Joanne has served clients in the north east of England and nationwide alike.

Now a consultant for Setfords, Joanne specialises in offering Residential Property Conveyancing on a personal and flexible basis adapting to clients work patterns, timeframes and preferred mode of contact. She is always at the end of the telephone or email to provide friendly confidential advice, with her main focus being on ensuring clients are protected at all times throughout their property transaction.

Joanne is also happy to accept instructions from clients who require home visits, out of hours appointments at home or work, and can attend on clients in person, by post, or by modern remote methods such as email and electronic signature to ensure matters move forward as quickly and efficiently as required.
