Sonal specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new plot purchases, buy to let purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages.

Sonal qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and became a Partner in 2007 with a local Guildford firm. Sonal was at TWM Solicitors LLP for 16 years, managing the Guildford property team, before her move to Setfords. She has vast experience in dealing with high net worth matters as well as first time buyers. She has excellent knowledge of the local and surrounding areas having worked in Guildford for approximately 20 years and has established relationships with many local estate agents. Much of her work comes from returning clients and recommendations.
