Alex Riley Consultant Solicitor

I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and have spent my career to date working in a range of real estate related roles, in both the residential and the commercial sector.

I specialise and have a particular interest in leasehold enfranchisement, be it individual lease extensions or larger scale collective freehold purchases. My key aim is always to ensure that I communicate with my clients in clear terms, and to treat all involved in a transaction with courtesy and respect.

In my spare time I am heavily involved with my community, including the production of a regular magazine celebrating our local culture and creativity, and the running of two monthly markets showcasing our surrounding producers. Otherwise, you will probably find me walking the dog or playing tennis!
