Nathalie’s practice encompasses both property and civil litigation. In respect of her property work, she advises on both residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Nathalie prides herself on being a proactive solicitor who uses both practical and creative solutions to achieve success for her clients.
Prior to joining Setfords, she worked at a Legal 500 London firm specialising in property litigation. She deals with County Court, High Court, First-tier (Property) Tribunal and Upper Tribunal matters, with the added experience in her early career of working on licensing cases, extending her skill set to include matters dealt with by the Council and the Magistrates Court.
More generally she has experience in a wide range of matters concerning both business and residential lease renewals, rent and service charge arrears, breaches of covenant, consents for alienation, forfeiture and relief, complex possession claims, rights of light, disrepair, nuisance and trespass.
She has previously acted for commercial and residential landlords and tenants, property management companies, managing agents, developers, hoteliers, housing associations, RTM companies and members clubs.
