Kerrie completed her Legal Practice Course at the Nottingham Law School and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. Her experience in Dispute Resolution places her at an advantage when advising clients on Private Client matters and in particular Contentious Probate.
In the past she has successfully advised clients in the Aviation, Sports and Real Estate industries. Kerrie is well equipped to combine her Commercial Litigation experience with her Private Client knowledge, thus providing a full service in both contentious and non-contentious Private Client matters.
Kerrie’s expertise in Private Client matters include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Planning and Declarations of Trust. She understands how thoughtful planning can assist her clients in preparing for their future and excels in drafting tailor-made Trust Wills that are crucial in the prevention of unnecessary losses. Kerrie enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and her professional and friendly approach instils confidence and reassures clients in what can often be very turbulent times.
Kerrie enjoys giving back to her community through her passion for health and charity events. She thrives in taking care of her animals and growing her own food organically, combining an active, outdoor lifestyle. Kerrie is also an accomplished Classical Pianist and has recently taken up the challenge of furthering her artistic skills in Guitar, Singing and Art.
