Victoria began her legal career in 2010 and qualified with CILEx in 2015. She is now dual-regulated with both CILEx and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). In 2020, she successfully established her own property department, and in 2022 was appointed Director at a previous firm, so she brings a broad range of experience to her clients.

Notable career highlights

Victoria was involved in successfully agreeing a comprehensive suite of template documents with SSE, significantly streamlining the utility agreements process for a wide range of national and local housebuilders.

She acted on behalf of a consortium of three national housebuilders for the substantial development at the Severalls Hospital site in Colchester, playing a key role in driving forward the project's progress on site.
