Sarah is a vastly experienced residential property lawyer who acts for a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers taking their first step into the property world, to buy to let investors and high net worth individuals.
Sarah qualified in 2000 and has worked in High Street practices in Essex and Wiltshire. Prior to joining Setfords, she was Head of Department for a multi-office firm in Wiltshire.
Sarah takes a pro-active approach to her work to progress matters as quickly as possible and prides herself on delivering clear, practical advice to her clients. She understands the importance of regular and timely communication with her clients and makes it a priority.
Her expertise includes freehold and leasehold residential properties ranging from starter homes to large rural properties and the prime market. She handles equity release, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties, Help to Buy including Forces Help to Buy, buy to let and first registrations. She has considerable experience dealing with complex titles, both registered and unregistered, and finds pragmatic ways to solve problems to enable transactions to progress.
Away from work Sarah enjoys walking in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside with her husband and two dogs, watching Formula 1 and is an avid rugby fan. She enjoys long-distance walking and has completed many ultra-marathons.
