Moneeb specialises in Property and Banking Litigation, which he has extensive experience of having qualified at a firm in Leeds whilst working in teams that specialised in secured lender litigation for 4 years, at a technical and complex level, after having gained 10 years of experience as a paralegal. Prior to this, Moneeb studied at the University of Sheffield and De-Montfort Leicester. Moneeb has also worked for the Open University of East London as a Land law and Equity & Trusts lecturer.

Together the above experiences have made Moneeb a versatile Litigator with a range of skills, including good communications skills, who can deal with a range of matters concerning issues relating to Insolvency Law.

Moneeb also has experience acting for retail clients, dealing with Professional Negligence matters, injunctions, breaches of the same, failed completions, good links with reputable Barristers, Advocacy agents, and Process servers.
