Dominic is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in commercial property. He qualified as a solicitor in 2017, having begun his legal career as a paralegal in 2013.

Since qualifying, Dominic has built extensive experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has advised clients across the public, private and voluntary sectors on a broad range of commercial property matters.

Throughout his career, Dominic has advised on numerous significant, high-value commercial property transactions. Highlights include advising on the refinancing of a substantial pharmacy property portfolio involving complex lease reviews, title investigations and commercial negotiations.

He has also worked on a variety of complex healthcare property matters, including sale and leaseback transactions for GP practices, health clinic redevelopments, large-scale property transfers between healthcare organisations, and real estate due diligence for share and asset purchase agreements.

Furthermore, Dominic has supported statutory mergers and corporate acquisitions within the healthcare sector, assisted on the freehold disposal of a high-value property involving clawback provisions, and advised on adverse possession claims, Assets of Community Value, overage agreements and property matters relating to community-focused development projects.

Outside of work, Dominic enjoys swimming, reading, cooking and travelling.
