Clare Nicholls Senior Consultant Solicitor

Clare qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and has a wealth of experience in Property law including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions and joint ownership.

Clare has been in private practice in North London, Wimbledon Village and has spent fourteen years in a traditional established firm on Richmond Green Surrey where she was made a partner in 1998. She has built a reputation of being calm, approachable, pragmatic and always prepared to go the extra mile to make a transaction happen. Her clients appreciate her flexibility and willingness to accommodate their own busy lives by discussing their transaction at times and locations to suit them. Clare has a strong belief in long term client relationships and taking the stress out of moving.

Out of the office Clare enjoys sailing with her family and she is a Trustee of a Children’s Charity which provides support to families with children with life limiting illnesses.
