Jane joined Setfords as a Consultant Solicitor in February 2012.
Jane has over 21 years experience working as a property lawyer and specialises in landlord and tenant work. She has bought and managed shopping centres for clients as well as having extensive experience acting on the other side of the landlord/tenant divide in acting for a large number of high street retailers. She has also worked closely with licensing lawyers in acting for a number of top class restaurants and restaurant chains in acquiring and disposing of multiple sites and has acquired an in-depth understanding of the planning and licensing issues which affect the restaurant business.
Jane trained at a City firm and worked in the City for a number of years before heading up the retail and restaurant team as a partner in a large west end firm.
Jane lives in Shamley Green, Surrey, but acts for clients across the UK and Europe.
