I qualified as a Solicitor in June 2019 and have over 7 years of experience working within the legal sector.
I have amassed a wealth of experience in dealing with sales and purchases, including leasehold and freehold transactions. I can also handle transfer of equity matters, remortgages, and drafting Declaration of Trusts.
I pride myself on speed and efficiency to work in the interests of my clients, whilst also providing legal advice in an easy to digest fashion. I understand that conveyancing can be one of the most stressful times in an individual's life, so aim to quickly but thoroughly respond to emails or be at the end of the phone to ease a client through the process.
I personally take great pride and enjoyment in working in conveyancing. I can adapt my approach to cater to a variety of clients, whether it be a first time buyer, separating couples, probate sales, high net worth individuals, or an elderly client. I believe that adaptability and knowing but delivering on your client's wants and needs are crucial to any matter.
Communication is also a key aspect, and I personally aim to respond to all emails promptly. I adopt the mantra that no question is a silly question and I will aim to provide full responses where able and within my expertise. I also pride myself on making sure that my clients understand exactly how much they are paying and any additional fees are made clear on the day, so there will be no hidden fees come the end of a transaction.
I have often been regarded as bringing a sense of calmness, compassion and approachability towards matters, even when dealing with complex transactions. Former clients regularly recommended me to friends, family and colleagues. I have also gained a lot of repeat business from a wide number of estate agents and have grown my reputation among the industry.
I am very pleased to have maintained my 5/5 star reviews on Review Solicitors, where you can read about my former client's experiences and their testimonials.
