Tom Flatau joined Setfords in March 2017 as Head of Real Estate.
Tom has spent over 25 years advising major developers, corporations and financial institutions in relation to acquisitions, disposals and property management. He has also acted for a number of major restaurant chains.
Tom has worked for a number of major City firms including DAC Beechcroft, Simmons and Simmons, and CMS.
Tom has acted on:
- The development of a 2,500 unit residential site in north London including disposals of those units
- The acquisition of an old papermill in East London for over 200 units, both affordable housing and private residential with commercial
- The acquisition and subsequent disposal of a private development of c.60 luxury homes in Beckenham
- The acquisition, development and disposal of an old nursing home converted to residential of c. 30 luxury flats in Windsor
- The acquisition of a large development site next to Brighton station for affordable and private residential units, commercial and a hotel complex
- The acquisition of a large development site for luxury houses and apartments in Bath
- The acquisition, development and disposal of a large mixed use development site in Central London by the Thames
- The acquisition of the Pantechnicon Building in Belgravia
- Acquiring and disposing of commercial/retail units for some of the largest restauranteurs in the UK
