Stacey qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and has 9 years’ experience in both commercial and residential property matters.
Stacey specialises in a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Negotiating conditional and unconditional contracts being sold with or without the benefit of planning permission and subject to overage, for freehold and leasehold disposals and purchases
- Advising developer clients on option agreements and the acquisition and disposal of development and commercial land
- Acting for Landlords and Tenants in connection with leases, lease renewals and consent for alterations
- The sale and purchase of business assets, including the acquisition of hotels and public houses
- Pension fund acquisitions
- Re-financing of property portfolios, both residential and commercial
- Stacey also has particular expertise in some complex residential work, including equity release, shared ownership, new build plot sales and auctions
