I have over 20 years of experience working in residential conveyancing. I became a Chartered Legal Executive on 20th June 2011, and then a Licensed Conveyancer on 23rd January 2023.

I have a great deal of experience in acting for people buying brand new properties from developers. This has made me skilled at being able to deal with a transaction quickly without reducing the quality of service that is provided. I believe a key problem with conveyancing is the lack of communication between everyone involved and I always try and ensure everyone is kept up to date. If there are unavoidable delays I always explain why these are occurring and what if anything could be done to speed up the process.
